Panthers race to 2nd place in Season Opener |

| Joey Montine raced to a 10th place finish to spur Glen Rock to a second place finish in the Varsity B Boys Team competition in the Season Opener contested at Darlington Park in Mahwah on Saturday. Montone completed the 5000-meter course in 17"46 as the Panthers trailed Leonia by a score of 81-87 in the battle for for first place. |
| In the Freshman Boys 2000-meter run, the Panthers' Collin DeSalvio finished in third place with a clocking of 19:24. |
