At 2nd light on Rt. 23, highway divides to the right take US 202 North. At the 5th light on US 202, turn left onto
Hamburg Turnpike. At the 2nd light, turn right onto Ramapo Ave. Go to end and turn left
North On I-287: to exit 53 (Bloomingdale/Pompton Exit). At light, turn right
onto Hamburg Pike. At 3rd light, turn left onto Ramapo Avenue. Go to end and turn left. Parking lot is at the end.

Pompton Lakes' Meghan Gaffney turned in a gold medal performance
in the NJSIAA North Jersey cross country championships on Saturday at Garret Mountain Park in West Paterson and
Warinanco Park in Elizabeth. On Saturday, Gaffney will challenge for a gold medal in the NJSIAA Group II championships
at Holmdel Park in Monmouth County.
Gaffney covered the 5,000-meter course at Garret Mountain in 20
minutes, 12 seconds to win the Section 1, Group II title.
